S1 Housing Masking Plates Laser Files
Laser cutting file for the housing masking plates as shown on page 14a of the S1 plans. These plates are bolted to the welded housing prior to painting or powder coating and ensure the tensioner clamping surfaces are not contaminated. This maintains the precise width of the housing which is required for the drivetrain assembly.
Two plates to be cut from 2mm mild steel.
