Laser cutting file for the floating brake rotor to suit the S1 rear suspension.
Inner and Outer rotor profiles, to be cut from 6mm mild steel.
Note: after laser cutting the outer rotor should be sand-blasted to remove surface scale and improve brake pad grip.
Laser cutting files: the enclosed DXF file(s) should be provided directly to your local laser cutter. In order to view DXF files on your computer we recommend the free viewer DWGSee.
